I am so glad you’re here!

If you have ever thought that you can’t feel better, you don’t know how to feel better, or you don’t know how to begin your healing journey, then I am here to show you a path forward. I work with individuals who experience ADHD, anxiety/panic, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem difficulties, and life transitions. These challenges can lead us to feeling like we need to do better and be better. I am here to tell you that you are enough just as you are.

I will help you reconnect with the parts of you that you hide from the world, the authentic parts of yourself, and the parts that know exactly what you need. Using acceptance and commitment strategies, mindfulness based strategies, self-compassion, and internal family systems (IFS), I will help you connect with the peace, meaning, and strength that already exists within you.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), who has been practicing therapy and supporting others since 2019. I hold a Master’s of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA. I have experience providing individual therapy from people aged 5 years to 65 years, helping them learn to accept who they are and shift into a life that, for them, is worth living.

When I am not counseling, you can find me running (albeit from nothing, but when I need motivation, from Bigfoot), singing at home, in my car, or at bar karaoke, reading (my favorite genre is fantasy), weight training, and trying new things!

I can’t wait to support you in your journey!
