Where Compassion Takes Root
I am here to help you get back in touch with your innate resilient and compassionate nature.
The Lotus
In Buddhist philosophy, lotus flowers represent the journey toward spiritual enlightenment. Other representations offer the lotus as a symbol of growth and resilience. The flowers start as buds in the muck and the mud underneath the water of a pond. In order to blossom in all of their loveliness, they need to have strong, resilient stems to push themselves up and through the mud and water. But they can’t have strong, resilient stems without the muck and the water.
You are a lotus. Life is the pond and the mud. We are made to struggle. In fact, we NEED life’s challenges to see how incredibly capable we truly are. I am here to help support you through the muck and mud of life and connect you to the strength and resilience that you already have inside of you.
